Go here and good luck... staff needs to be trained to get better at their job
Went there this evening and I ordered a large Quarter Pounder meal and they didn’t give me my fries. My boyfriend got a 6 piece meal with extra fries and they didn’t give him his extra fries. I asked for BBQ sauce and they gave me Sweet and Sour. They also put too much ice in my Sweet Tea! Worst experience at a Mcdonald’s! NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!!
I don't go very often. I wanted a caramel macchiato before work. They have the double drive thru, but neither lane was moving at all. I waited in line for 10 mins before I went inside. Then, my wait was another 10mins. I left and went to Starbucks.
Waited 15 mins for my order to be wrong. Go back to have it corrected and told that they needed to make more and I'd have to wait. Again. I only get 30 mins for lunch. And I wasted 15 of it waiting the first time. No one seemed to be in any kinda of a rush or fast pace to serve anyone. The drive thru line was from the front doors all the way around. I don't know if they are understaffed or poor management but this was ridiculous
So much for fast service!
Went in for 2 cups coffee. After 4 others who ordered after me and 10 minutes from the time order placed, I spoke up to the manager. Was told then they had to change a bag of something. If I had been in the drive thru the line would have been out in the street as I would not have moved!
