They got me what I needed after and excusting search and and other dealers giving me the run around. Came back with the reasonable down payment money they asked me and left in a vehicle with low miles, decent interests, and great monthly payments! Thanks Trish for making that happen! Ask for Trish or Chris if you go in.
Had a great experience at Tru Auto! Before I even walked in I was greeted by Chris Cook and asked if I needed help. We sat down and I was straight forward and explained mine (and my boyfriend's) credit was not the best, but I needed a vehicle that day (5/18/17) and he was honest and said he couldn't guarantee it because of our credit, but he would do his absolute best. He definitely did and was able to get me into a nice car with the payments I wanted! I was very pleased with my experience. We were also helped by Larry Murry who was just as nice and helpful! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back, no questions asked! Thank you so much Chris and Larry!
The sales people are really nice but don't go here unless you have perfect credit or an unrealistically high down payment. I went in with a pre-approval from the website and they advertise that they own the bank and can get anyone approved. After wasting almost 2 hours and a lost of gas to drive up there I was told that I wasn't approved to finance anything on their lot without having a huge almost 90% down payment. Personally I don't like getting lied to just to get me in the door even though well before hand they knew how much I had as a down payment. Tru Auto has lost a customer forever because this is twice in a year that I go into a dealership of theirs under the promise of granger to get me into a new car and get my credit back on track just to get lied to.
Derrick is an amazing salesman! Tish is a sweetheart! Andddd Joel, the general manager works with you and goes to bat for his customers. Trust me when I say if my husband and I could get into our dream vehicle you can too. Remember when you go ask for Derrick you won't regret it!
Good people and great cars. I started doing business with them about 2 years ago and you will not find another place that treats and respects your needs like these people. Clean cars good people. Doesn't get any better than that.
