Service is of the utmost on my list, because I endure soooo much agony getting my coins! The manager always greets me with a smile and I even seen her help woman get water for her dog today! The owner is also so personable. Most would say that is outside of her work scope but she did it with a smile. They are quick and always ask you of you are satisfied! Splish Splash is definitely for a woman like me "#not satisfied unless it's right"!

Not happy at all with my experience today. I paid for the Number two $35 total with tip and when my car was finished the mats were still nasty and trash was left in my car. I was told that I had to pay more to have them taken out and cleaned. Seriously! In and Out does it all for $16. Never again here.
