HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR WITH THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNERS, I CAME TO HIM AT A VERY SCARY TIME IN MY LIFE WHEN I WAS GETTING OUT OF AN ABUSIVE MARRIAGE. I WAS SO SCARED TO TELL A DOCTOR THE TRUTH BECAUSE FOR YEARS I MADE UP STORIES OF MY INJURIES. I HEARD THAT HE MOVED... DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE????
I have seen dr Thomas for over 10 years and it's been great. I hate to see him go but I'm sure it's for the best. I wish him the best with what he does next.
I went to this location for an initial appointment and my experience was horrible. I waited 45 minutes to be seen and still no one came in the room. I proceeded to leave and I told the nurse what happened and instead of saying let me go find the doctor or see what's going on he said, "Ok" and then proceeded to continue talking to a person in the hall. I then went to the front desk and the receptionist was rude and I asked for a refund and she said, "Let me see if we can do that". Well duh!! Anyone with common sense knows if no services were rendered then of course you shouldn't pay!! I will be sure to let my fellow coworkers know not to go to this place where the customer service SUCKS!
Dr. Thomas is great, his staff however, HORRIBLE!!! Laura and Eric are by far the rudest individuals I have ever met. As I read these reviews, I can tell I'm not the only one that has encountered these problems with them. I can't believe they still have a job. My family of 4 DID go this office-but no longer. When going to a doctor, the last thing you want to deal with is rude staff when arriving and leaving. The last straw was when they let us know we owed money and we said we are aware there is a balance, but according to our EOB the balance is incorrect and we are in constant contact with billing over this, I wasn't going to pay anything consider the bill for 186.00 before this bill was also incorrect. Once I sent in my EOB's, to billing, they cleared it to a ZERO balance. With that being said, I surely was not going to pay another bill I felt was incorrect. Laura proceeded to yell the balance and say what it was for and it's late and that we need to pay or we just won't be seen. This is all the very UNPROFESSIONAL things you do not do to a patient. When I called up there, I could not get a hold of Laura so I spoke to Eric. Eric went off and said, you owe the balance that's all I can say. I told him to check with billing, it was incorrect and he said he would check and call back-low and behold NEVER got a call back. I have talked to billing got everything straight and paid the correct balance. Called back to Laura and Eric to let them know they don't need to bother calling me (not that they were) everything is taken care of and they were just as rude even when the bill is paid. You go to Dr. to get taken care of, not harassed.

Dr. Thomas takes time with his patients in order to be sure they get the preventive care they (reluctantly) need, and yet his charm and knowledge easily persuade them to concede.
Dr. Thomas is an excellent and caring doctor. I've never been a huge fan of some of his past staff, but I am writing a review based on my experience with the DOCTOR, not the staff. Some have been fine and some have been a little rude, but Dr. Thomas has ALWAYS impressed me with his knowledge and I am from a healthcare background. He is respectful and thorough. I saw another review that had been written about the office being "prescription happy." This is not the case. Dr. Thomas is one of a handful of primary care physicians that will not punish a patient that truly needs a medication just because other patients throughout the country have given various categories of medications a "bad rap." Dr. Thomas will treat each patient as an individual and carefully prescribe only what is medically necessary.
There are many, many healthier and happier families out there because of this physician, but usually only complainers like to write reviews.
