Was looking to get roof work done after hurricane matthew and asked my neighbor's roofer for suggestions. That was a mistake because company out of Columbia, SC CSS roofing and construction wanted me to sign a contract and wanted to be there when my adjuster was there as well. I got sick for awhile and texted Lance from CSS that i will set something up later. Every 2 days later they knocked on my door without calling me. I said i would text him when my adjuster was coming when i was well. He even had his boss come the second time to introduce himself. I was pissed off. Storn chasers to say the least. Well i googled roofers and found my glory !! Set up appointment with Allen the owner and it was great Rapport !! He knows the common ground. The working man's philosophy. Michelle also helped me budget my payments even when i had the check in hand from the insurance claim and processed all the forms. Heck, my previous roof repair guy Clark roofing from 3 years ago who did my ridge vent wanted me to pay $150 for an estimate. Wait estimates are suppose to be free and you have done work for me before I asked myself. SMH. Kuddos to MY ROOFER. The name says it all. I didn't even get another 2 estimates because i liked the professional execution. Remember a good roof is in the roofers not necessarily the commercials in between the local news station identification breaks.
I was referred to My Roofer for a replacement and they did a PHENOMENAL job from start to finish. Allen and Michelle have been nothing short of professional, patient and understanding. The contractors came out to start working ahead of schedule and did not hesitate to begin the work at 6:30am. They worked all day and did not leave until everything was completed. Their integrity and work ethic are superior to any company I have ever had to deal with before. They went above and beyond to make this the most pleasant experience! Roof leaks are stressful, but they took all my stress away! Now I have a beautiful new roof and my neighbors have been complementing it non-stop. They were excellent and quick! I needed a roof inspection for insurance purposes, and I had a heck of a time getting somebody to come out and do it from competitors. Other companies repeatedly did not return calls, lied about their intentions, and even no-showed for appointments! I called My Roofer once, the representative was knowledgeable and set up an appointment for two days later, the licensed roofer arrived when he said he would and did my inspection. He was courteous, introduced himself, and said what he was going to be doing. They e-mailed me a pdf of my inspection letter the same day for my insurance company. They even said if the roof needed repairs, the inspection cost would be deducted from the repairs.
