The people who originally helped me get into my unit seemed helpful but now my view of this location has changed. When I 1st moved in back in February the gate was wonky but that it now fixed, for the moment. My original reservation was for a climate controlled unit but I was put in the 1st ground level building that was hot, muggy, and has a bug problem. I closed out that unit and moved into the 2nd building on the 3rd floor. It is actually climate controlled on the 3rd floor, I cannot say the same for the 1st floor at all. The door to the building I am in now has not been secured since I moved into my unit. I was told it was being fixed. A few months down the line I was told they couldn't find anyone to fix the sensor.

I have had a storage at this location 2 now. Was very impressed with everyone and everything. I would definitely recommend. Thank you

Keri T was spot on in her review below. The people that work at this facility are wonderful and as accommodating as they can be considering. Their prices are less than most competitors, but you also get what you pay for. I have rented from this facility for 3 years now and the property has been going downhill in a major way. Main Gate is open 8 out of 10 times I'm there. The climate controlled building is needing major cleaning and repairs. The sliding doors have been broken for over a year. The elevator has been down at least 5 times (most of which after I was recovering from surgery and couldn't walk stairs or carry anything over 5-10 pounds). Carts go missing often. I understand this is a storage facility but that doesn't mean it doesn't need to be cleaned, floors swept and mopped, pest control, etc. It is smelly too. I started out paying $85 a month and am now paying $135 for a 3rd floor 10x10 climate controlled unit. New storage facilities are in abundance in the tri-county area. They need to get with the program. I will be moving ASAP even if it means getting a smaller unit.

Needless to say, in July they took my payments from $65/month to $75/month and the door is still not fixed. All before the door was just to be pushed open for entrance but when I went there last month, the sliding entrance door was literally just hanging off the hinges so the door was open all the time.

I am set up on automatic draft but due to hours being cut at work they were not able to withdraw their money. Needless 27 days after my payment was due I received a call and was told they were cutting my lock and beginning the process to auction my belongings. They have no empathy or consideration for people what so ever. I spoke to the insurance company and they sent me a letting stating I have until the 11th to pay my bill. I told the property manager that I came up with the money to cover the rent and would pay the $20 late fee and $11 insurance fee the following Friday when I get paid. I was informed they still would be cutting my lock and I need to replace it no matter what.

Best storage place ever.. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect Experience

I don't understand what's the purpose of borrowing the money to cover the rent if it wasn't going to prevent anything. Then I was told if I didn't pay it I would be charged a $48 lien fee. According to my contract they can't auction my things nor put a lien on it until I've received notice and I haven't gotten anything in the mail nor email.

The manager, Steven, was very helpful and courteous. Professional with great attitude.

They are all nice and beg you to go to good and do a review of your visit when you 1st sign up but then after that it's all about the $$$. What happened to realistic customer service?
