After a long hot summer last year I decided to see if there was anything that could be done to make our home more efficient. I did some research before hand and decided to have someone take a look at my place. I scheduled an appointment and met with Randy Boatwright a few days later. Randy made me comfortable with the process, explained everything in detail and gave me very competitive pricing. Bottom line is it was a truly exceptional experience and I would recommend this company and Randy to any of my friends and family. I called to have someone come out and look at my attic to see if we needed additional insulation. The people who answered the phone were very courteous and professional. The lady took down my name and number and had the salesman call me back. The guy called me back later that evening and set up a time to come out. The only time I could see him was on a Saturday, so he actually accomidated my schedule by coming out on his day off. He gave me a really great price too! The job was scheduled for the next week and only took about 2 hours to complete. The installers were nice and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they had done and what I was paying for.
